and musician
Colin is a versatile musician born in Chicago and currently based in Los Angeles. His musical journey began at the age of five when he received his first guitar, eventually leading him to ten years of formal private training in guitar, voice, and piano, along with an aptitude for the drum kit.

Roemer has explored a wide variety of musical genres throughout his career, including metal, blues, and pop. During his tenure as a solo artist, he recorded a live video EP with the late renowned producer Steve Albini (known for his work with Nirvana, Pixies, and Jimmy Page), culminating in a European tour.

In recent years, Roemer has transitioned to electronic music production as one half of the "disco-soul-house" duo, GoodSex. Their work includes collaborations with notable artists such as Rolling Stones' saxophonist Karl Denson and Grammy-winning vocalist Big Freedia (known for her award-winning work with Beyoncé on "Break My Soul" in 2023), making them a consistent presence on music festival lineups and opening acts for national tours.

Roemer studied Music Composition for Film, TV and Games at Berklee College of Music, where his musical palette expanded to include jazz theory, classical composition, and orchestration. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in screen scoring, blending his uncompromising passion for music with his first love—the movies!
